Ready To Give Your Perspective?

Ready To Give Your Perspective?

Perspective with Taylor Lynn exists to encourage thoughtful disagreement — not to declare winners.

If you disagree with a perspective, you are invited to submit a rebuttal or alternative perspective. Selected submissions are published on this site and may be addressed in future posts

You do not need to agree.

You do not need to represent a political party.

You only need to engage in good faith.

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome submissions that:

  • Directly address the ideas or arguments presented in a specific episode
  • Offer a clear alternative viewpoint or counter-argument
  • Are reasoned, respectful, and written with the intent to inform
  • Include sources or examples when appropriate

Strong disagreement is welcome.

Personal attacks are not.

Submission Guidelines:

perspectivewithtaylor@yahoo.com

Please review before submitting:

  • PUT THE TITLE OF THE POST THAT YOU ARE GIVING YOUR PERSPECTIVE ON IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT LINE
  • Length: 500–1,200 words
  • Tone: Respectful and constructive
  • Focus on ideas, not motives or character
  • No profanity, insults, or dehumanizing language
  • Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity, grammar, or length without altering meaning

You may submit under your first name and location, or anonymously if preferred. Email addresses are never published.

What Happens Next:
Not all submissions will be published. Rebuttals are selected based on clarity, relevance, and contribution to the conversation — not on agreement with the host.
If selected:

  • Your rebuttal will appear on the site under a post that immediately follows the perspective that your are commenting on.
  • You may be contacted for clarification or follow-up (optional).
  • Your argument may be addressed in a future episode.

Publication does not imply endorsement.

Why This Matters:

Democracy doesn’t require unanimity.

It requires citizens willing to engage honestly with ideas they don’t share.
This space exists to make that possible.
